Meet "Tic-Toc", the comic strip. It is about two birds - a parakeet (Tic-Toc), a cockatiel (Charlie), and their owner (Howard). I created this cartoon between 1994 and 2005. The comic strip is always penciled first and then inked by hand. I particularly enjoy utilizing dynamic humor and imagination as a whole. Here you will find a sampling of my work.
